Shipping Policy

International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Processing Time
Processing times vary by item. Most orders for printed art are processed within 1-3 business days, but some items like scale models may take up to 30 days. Check product pages for specific details. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping partners
We offer Standard Shipping only (at the moment).

We ship with UPS and PostNL depending on destination and tariffs.

UPS is able to deliver within period of 3-7 days from shipping moment.

PostNL takes up to 14 days and we use it for some of the countries, for example: Canada, Australia and some other.

Tracking
A tracking number will be provided via email once the order ships for orders containing scale models and big format art prints.

Envelopes with small illustrations have no tracking numbers.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Contact us within 14 days of shipment for lost packages or damaged items. Proof of damage may be required for replacements.
